Cca. 130 g moke zadostuje za 2-4 tortilje.
Potrebuješ sestavine:
1 skodelica moke iz lanenih semen ali pa sami fino zmeljete laneno seme
1/2 skodelica vrele vode (nujno vrele!)
1 žlička črne himalajske soli
Zmešamo sestavine. Počakamo, da se malo ohladi in razdelimo maso na manjše dele. Razvaljamo med dvema peki papirjema. Spečemo na vroči ponvi na malo olja. Tortilje sem namazala s humusom in napolnila s pečenimi šparglji.

Approx. 130 g of flour is enough for 2-4 tortillas.
You need ingredients:
1 cup of flaxseed flour
1/2 cup of boiling water (necessarily boiling!)
1 teaspoon black Himalayan salt

Mix the ingredients. Wait for it to cool a bit and divide the mix into smaller parts. Roll out between two baking papers. Bake in a hot pan on a little oil. I filled the tortillas with hummus and roasted asparagus.
