Za 2 tiramisuja potrebuješ:
150 g navadnih piškotov (jaz sem uporabila veganske brezglutenske piškote)
0,5 dcl kave + 3 žlice agavinega sirupa + opcijsko rum ali kavni liker
400 g svilnega tofuja
vanilija
5 žlic agavinega sirupa
100 g kokosove smetane (ali strjeni del približno ene pločevinke kokosovega mleka)
Grenek kakav za posip
Postopek:
Skuhamo kavo in ji primešamo sirup in opcijsko alkohol. Tofu zmešamo z vanilijo (sirup, sveža vanilija, burbon sladkor, v prahu...) in 5 žlicami agavinega sirupa. Stepemo 100 g kokosove smetane in primešamo. Veganske brezglutenske piškote namočimo v kavno mešanico in obložimo kozarec za tiramisu. Čez zlijemo 1/4 tofujeve mase. Ponovimo še enkrat. Po vrhu posipamo grenek kakav. V hladilniku ohladimo vsaj nekaj ur ali še boljše čez noč.

ENGLISH RECIPE
For 2 tiramisus you will need:
150 g basic cookies (vegan gluten-free Albert like cookies)
0,5 dl strong coffee + 3 tbsp agave syrup + optionally rum or coffee liqueur
400 g silken tofu
Vanilla
5 tbsp agave syrup
100 g coconut cream (approximately hardened part of one can of coconut mylk)
Cocoa for dusting

Make coffee and add syrup and optionally alcohol. Mix tofu with vanilla (syrup, fresh vanilla, bourbon sugar ...) and 5 tablespoons of agave syrup. Whip 100 g of coconut cream and mix. Soak vegan gluten-free cookies in the coffee blend and line a tiramisu glass. Pour 1/4 of the tofu mass over it. Repeat. Sprinkle bitter cocoa over the top. Refrigerate for at least a few hours or better yet overnight.
