Enostavni domači korenčkovi njoki / Easy homemade carrot gnocchi

Sestavine so za 2 - 4 porcije (glavna jed, priloga...). Priporočljivo je da se uporabi pasirka za krompir, lahko pa korenje tudi prepasiramo čez cedilo ali zmiksamo. ????
Sestavine za njoke:
500 g korenja
280 g brezglutenske moke
40 g margarine
20 g polente (koruznega zdroba)
1 vegansko "jajce" (1 žlica zmletih lanenih semen + 1 žlica korenčkovega soka), pustimo nekaj minut da nabrekne
Sol
Korenje olupimo in skuhamo. Prepasiramo in dodamo ostale sestavine. Razvaljamo z rokami (na pomokani površini) in narežemo njoke. Kuhamo cca. 2 minuti v vreli vodi - ko priplavajo na površje so kuhani. Jaz sem jih nato še prepražila na margarini.

Recipe si for 2 - 4 portions (main dish, side dish...) You have to make sure there are no carrot particles in carrot puree.
Ingredients:
500 g carrots
280 g Werz gluten free flour
40 g vegan butter or margarine
20 g polenta (cornmeal)
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax seeds + a little bit of carrot juice)
Peel and then cook carrots. Make a puree without carrot particles. Add other ingredients. Roll the dough (on a floured surface) with your hands and slice it into gnocchi shape. Cook the gnocchi in boiling water for approximately 2 minutes - when they float to the surface they are cooked. I also fried them on a little bit of vegan butter.
