Sestavine so zapisane za pekač premera 28 cm.
Ze testo potrebuješ:
240 g prepraženih mandljev
150 g kokosove moke
3,5 žlice kokosovega olja
19 datljev
Vanilija
Sestavine zmiksamo in pritisnemo ob pekač. Ohladimo.
Sestavine za kremo:
400 g tofuja
450 g mangovega pireja
40 g sladkorja
60 g koruznega škroba
3 žlice limoninega sladkorja
22 g kokosovega olja
kurkuma
vanilija
Zmiksamo, skuhamo in nalijemo na testo. Ohlajamo vsaj nekar ur. Prelijemo z 250 ml sadnega pireja, ki ga pokuhamo z ustrezno količino agar agarja.
Pita je okrašena s pasijonkimi krispiji, kokosovim cipsom, kokosovo kremo in meto.
ENGLISH RECIPE
Ingredients are for pie baking pan with 28 centimeters diameter.
For the dough you need:
240 g almonds
150 g coconut
3,5 tbsp coconut oil
19 dates
Vanilla
Mix all the ingredients and press the into the pan. Chill for a few hours.
For the cream/custard you need:
400 g tofu
450 g mango puree
40 g sugar
60 g cornstarch
3 tbsp lemon juice
22 g coconut oil
Turmeric
Vanilla
Mix all the ingredients and cook the cream. Pour on the crust and chill for a few hours. Mix 250 ml and the correct amout of agar agar for mango gel (cook it, of course!) Pie is decorated with passion fruit crispies, coconut chips, coconut cream and mint.
