Količine zadostujejo za dve osebi za prilogo.
Potrebuješ sestavine:
400 g zamrznjene cvetače
75 g indijskih oreščkov
15 g kvasnih kosmičev
400 g vode
1 čajna žlička čebule v prahu
1 čajna žlička česna v prahu
1 čajna žlička soli
2 žlički koruznega škroba
1 čajna žlička miso paste
muškatni orešček
brezglutenske drobtine in peteršilj za posip
Cvetačo na hitro pokuhamo (ne rabi biti popolnoma kuhana). Vse ostale sestavine razen drobtin in peteršilja zmiksamo. Cvetačo razporedimo po pekaču, prelijemo z maso in potresemo z drobtinami in peteršiljem. Pečemo 35-40 min na 180°C.
ENGLISH RECIPE
Quantities are enough for two people for a side dish. You need ingredients:
400 g frozen cauliflower
75 g cashew nuts
15 g nutritional yeast
400 g water
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon miso paste
nutmeg
gluten-free crumbs and parsley to sprinkle
Cook the cauliflower quickly (it does not need to be completely cooked). Mix all other ingredients except breadcrumbs and parsley. Arrange the cauliflower in a baking dish, pour over the batter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parsley. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 ° C.
